The Venado Caves, located near La Fortuna in Costa Rica and formed between 15 and 20 million years ago, offer a one-of-a-kind adventure for nature lovers.

Marvel at stunning stalactites and stalagmites, as well as marine fossils and underground wildlife—including bats. The rock formations inside the caves bear distinctive names like “Papaya,” “Altar,” “Lion’s Head,” and “Coral,” making the experience even more fascinating. Paradise Springs Waterfalls

Our tourist center is located in La Colonia, Río Cuarto, and can be found on Waze as Cascadas Paraíso Manantiales.

We offer a trail to the waterfalls (intermediate level), with a distance of 2.5 km, and a flat 400-meter walk to the El Gran Cañón del Toro Viewpoint.

Our tour is self-guided and includes eight waterfalls, a light blue natural pool for swimming, and a beautiful viewpoint overlooking the Toro Amarillo River.
